On July 5, Seentao made a donation to Zhejiang University Education Foundation forthe final of the 5th China’s “Internet+” College Students’Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. A donation agreement was signedbetween Shen Liyong, Director of Office of Development and Liaison andSecretary General of ZJU Education Foundation, and Yang Xiaobo, CEO andPresident of Seentao, on behalf of the two parties. Shen Liyong received thedonation and issued certificate to Yang Xiaobo. Gu Yulin, Deputy Director ofOffice of Development and Liaison and Deputy Secretary General of ZJU EducationFoundation presided over the ceremony.
Yang Xiaobo expressed that since its foundation, Seentao has been committed toserving China’s education, to independent innovation and helping students improveemployability and entrepreneurship abilities. Seentao has attached importanceto China’s “Internet+” College Students’ Innovation and EntrepreneurshipCompetition and has supported this competition for three times. This year ithopes to work with ZJU for better cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurialtalents.
Shen Liyong stated that Zhejiang Province boasts a fertile ground for innovation andentrepreneurship. In recent years, ZJU has taken the initiative to meet withnational innovation-driven development strategies and highlighted innovationand entrepreneurship education. It has held China College Students’ Innovation andEntrepreneurship Competition in 2018 and became the pacesetter of innovationand entrepreneurship among domestic universities with rich experience. Therefore,It is a duty to stimulate students’ enthusiasm through this competition, andcultivate innovative and entrepreneurial forces as well as talents of nationalrejuvenation. He thanked Seentao for its strong support and donation, whichshows Seentao’s strategic vision and sense of responsibility. He hopes the twoparties seize this opportunity for more in-depth and closer cooperation indiscipline construction, talent cultivation and basic research with theirrespective culture and advantages.
